Yes, I've been a clinical therapist for over 20 years and yes I'm trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and a bunch of other acronyms that sound impressive.

But here's the scoop - not all therapy is the same, so I'm leaning wayyyy into my uniqueness: blending the rigors of clinical therapy with the existential nature of Self & Soul's expansion.

Life excavated me down to rock bottom so I could have the fun (jk!) of rebuilding myself from self-sourced sovereignty + inner divinity. It's now the joy of my life to be a trail guide helping you rebuild in your own way.

a lighthouse & a bridge

I walk this world with wonder and heart-bursting joy at the miracle of being here, in a body, with the full spectrum of sensations: grief and ecstasy, melancholy and delight. I do my best to fully inhabit this human experience while also holding the awareness that it's all part of a much greater unfolding in universal evolution.

I'm not preachy & I don't need you to believe what I believe :) but I do feel like a lighthouse reflecting the divinity within you, and I feel like a bridge over the gap between where you are now & where your inner magic awaits.. <3

Home base is Lehi Utah, where I spend days surrounded by plants, minky blankets, 2 frenemy cats and 2 teenage boys. I delight in cookie dough, Coke, fiction, and relaxed connection. And sleep - oh goodness so much sleep. :)
