do you meet online or in person?

Sessions are mostly virtual - you'll be amazed at the connection possible via screen.

For accelerated resolution therapy (ART) sessions, Alaina's home office in Lehi is encouraged. However ART works just as well via computer screen nationwide.

what is the cost? do you take insurance?

Sessions are $195 per hour.

Unfortunately Alaina does not work with insurance.

For Utah clients, HSA/FSA cards can be used to pay for sessions.

will ART work for me?

Two Questions:

1) are you willing to really let go of this thing/story that is hurting you, and willing to let your system rewrite how you feel about it?

2) can you FEEL in your body? Like, if you're sad/angry can you feel/name where in your body that shows up?

If you meet #1 & #2, ART is highly likely to be successful for you.

9 out of 10 of Alaina's clients feel mega shifts with a 1-hr prep session + 2-hr ART session.

do you do couples counseling?

what you think of as "relationship issues" are really 2 sets of individual issues rubbing up against each other, promise.

For couples where both are 100% desiring of help, individual sessions + joint couple work can be life changing. But it genuinely takes 2 people 100% willing to look at their OWN contributions.
